Real Relax MM350: one year, and you fit it
At the bottom of the market the MM350 does the relaxation-seating job honestly enough. Its paperwork is where the discomfort lives. Coverage runs one flat year capped at the cost of materials, Real Relax states outright that it does not send technicians, and the clause about who pays freight is written three incompatible ways across the maker’s own documents.
The MM350 is a separate chair from the Favor-03 and the PS6500 and shares no specifications with them. The maker files it under its two-dimensional range.

One year, and less of it than you think
The instrument covers the chair and its accessories as a single undifferentiated unit for one year from delivery. There is no frame term, no upholstery term, no parts term and no labour term, so every tiered breakdown in circulation for this chair, including a three-year frame figure carried by one aggregator, is an invention.
What the document does say is that the maker’s obligation is capped at the cost of materials. Labour falls to the owner, and Real Relax states plainly that it does not send technicians: the expectation is that you diagnose and replace parts yourself with pictures and videos the company supplies. The store locator advertised in the footer lists one California showroom and performs no repair function.
Then the exclusions do their work. All wear, cuts and scratches to the PU upholstery are excluded, which on a chair like this removes the surface most likely to fail first. A defect must be reported within 14 days of occurring, with a photo or video, so a fault noticed on day fifteen is outside the stated procedure while the chair is still inside its year. Commercial use does not merely void a claim, it terminates the whole warranty immediately, and the same clause bundles lack of proper care into that trigger.
Three answers on freight
The single sharpest defect in the paperwork is that shipping cost is allocated three mutually incompatible ways, two of them inside one instrument. Its two official domains then publish different versions of the same clause: one conditions the customer-pays rule on the fault being a non-quality problem and the other does not. The same fault therefore carries two different bills depending on which page you happen to read.
Ask for the shipping answer in writing before you need it. On a chair this size the freight is a meaningful fraction of the purchase price, and the document that should settle it does not.
The manual leaves out the number
The user manual is the warranty document that ships in the box, and it never states how long the warranty runs. It references the original warranty period repeatedly and gives no figure anywhere. The website is consistent and correct at one year, so a buyer with only the manual cannot learn what the site tells everyone else.
The instrument also relies on a warranty card as a precondition for return service, and no registration mechanism exists on either official site. Direct probes for the registration and parts paths returned nothing.
What the chair actually is
Eight fixed massage points across two independent roller assemblies, one covering the neck and back and the other the waist. No track in the S or L sense, no depth axis, and the maker classifies it under its two-dimensional range and titles it that way on its second storefront. Zero gravity is real and is the reason most buyers land here.
Beyond that the maker disagrees with itself more than once. Three statements disagree about whether the chair has preset automatic programs at all, one page publishes two different height ranges in a table and an FAQ below it, and the shipped manual and the web table disagree on rated power and on how many cartons it arrives in. No maximum user weight is published anywhere, on a specification table that does have a height row.

Known issues
- Documented issue
Coverage stops at the cost of materials, and the owner is the technician.
Labour is not covered and the maker’s obligation is capped at materials. Real Relax states that it does not send technicians and expects owners to diagnose and replace parts themselves using pictures and videos. The store locator advertised in the footer lists one California showroom and offers no repair function.
- Documented issue
The upholstery is excluded outright.
All wear, cuts and scratches to the PU leather are excluded. On a PU-upholstered chair in this bracket that is the surface most likely to fail first, and it has no coverage at all.
- Documented issue
A defect must be reported within 14 days of occurring, with a photo or video.
A fault noticed on day fifteen is outside the stated claim procedure even though the chair is inside its warranty year. The shipping policy adds two further deadlines shorter than the warranty: 45 days from order to report a delivery problem, and 90 days for other order issues.
- Documented issue
Commercial use terminates the whole warranty rather than excluding the claim.
The clause ends coverage immediately, and bundles lack of proper care and maintenance into the same immediate-termination trigger. The instrument is also non-transferable, so a secondhand chair carries nothing, which sits awkwardly beside the refurbished units the maker sells with the same one-year badge.
- Documented issue
There is no parts catalogue, and the warranty card it relies on does not exist.
No published part numbers, prices, service portal or technician locator, with direct probes returning nothing for the parts and accessories paths. The instrument invokes a warranty card as a precondition for return service and no registration mechanism exists on either official site.
- Recurring owner complaint
An unrepairable chair does not get you a refund or a replacement.
The instrument offers a depreciation-adjusted credit toward another Real Relax chair or a depreciation-adjusted buyout. A part replaced under warranty carries only the remainder of the original year, or 30 days, whichever is longer.
- Recurring owner complaint
The instrument is foreign-law boilerplate.
It invokes third-party rights legislation with no US equivalent and attempts to disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness. It also carries no Full or Limited designation anywhere, which US warranty law expects on a written consumer warranty. This is a description of the document, not a legal finding.
What owners report
Nothing we can stand behind yet. The owner-evidence lane of this research had not returned when we published, so no owner pool is counted here and no owner figure appears in our metrics line. We will add the section, and the count, when the evidence is in hand.
How it grades out
| Warranty | PoorOne flat year capped at the cost of materials, no labour, no on-site service, upholstery excluded, a 14-day defect-notice window, and a shipping clause stated three incompatible ways. |
|---|---|
| Serviceability | PoorThe maker states it does not send technicians. Diagnosis and replacement are the owner’s work, guided by pictures and videos, with one showroom and no service network behind it. |
| Parts availability | PoorNo catalogue, no part numbers, no prices and no portal, against an instrument that reclaims and destroys the parts it replaces and reserves the right to supply parts that do not match the chair. |
| Fit range | PoorTwo different height ranges on one page and no published weight capacity anywhere, on a spec table that has a height row. |
| Pressure control | FairEight fixed massage points across two independent roller assemblies, one for the neck and back and one for the waist. Two-dimensional, with no track in the S or L sense and no depth axis. |
| Build confidence | FairA real manual with a specification page and a named product family, against four separate places where the maker’s web pages and its in-box document disagree. |
Massage quality, noise and ease of use are ungraded. The owner pool is not yet in hand, and three maker statements disagree about whether this chair has preset programs at all.
One year of cover, and three answers on who pays freight
At the bottom of the market the MM350 does the relaxation-seating job and the paperwork is where it gets uncomfortable. Coverage is a flat one year with no component tiering, there is no in-home service at all because Real Relax states it does not send technicians, and the warranty allocates shipping cost three mutually incompatible ways, two of them inside a single document, with the maker's two official domains publishing different versions of the same clause. Real Relax publishes no maximum user weight anywhere, and its own spec table and FAQ give two different height ranges. Buy it knowing you are the technician.

MM350 questions, answered once
What does the Real Relax MM350 warranty cover?
One flat year with no component tiering, capped at the cost of materials. Labour is not covered and there is no on-site service, because Real Relax states it does not send technicians. The PU upholstery is excluded outright, and a defect has to be reported within 14 days of occurring with a photo or video.
Who pays shipping if the MM350 needs a warranty repair?
The maker gives three incompatible answers, two of them inside one document, and its two official domains publish different versions of the same clause. Get the answer in writing before you need it, because freight on a chair this size can be a meaningful fraction of what you paid.
What is the weight limit on the Real Relax MM350?
Real Relax publishes none. Its specification table carries a height row and no weight row, and no maximum user weight appears anywhere in the documents we read. The height range is published twice on one page in two different versions.
Does the MM350 have an SL track?
No, and Real Relax does not claim one. It describes eight fixed massage points across two independent roller assemblies, one for the neck and back and one for the waist. The maker files it under two-dimensional chairs and titles it that way on its second storefront.

- August 20, 2026 Migrated to the v1.1 evidence protocol with the v1.3 reader-first layer. Records that the warranty is a flat one year capped at the cost of materials with no labour and no on-site service, that the shipping clause is stated three incompatible ways across the maker’s own documents, and that the manual which ships in the box never states the length of the term. Withdraws the tiered frame-and-parts breakdown in circulation, which appears in no Real Relax document.
